The BioClaw is one of the most powerful weapons in the game, as it can kill almost any enemy in one hit. It can be purchased for $6000 or obtained by kill the owner of a firearms truck, taking the key, then stealing the truck in the DX version.
The weapon is also used by the military at the highest wanted level.
